SHIPPING POLICY
Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, we can't cancel it, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will have the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.
If you selected "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Dalm is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order and will resolve the issue at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. Our estimated delivery time is:
- Max delivery time: 20 business days
- Typical delivery time: 6-15 business days
- This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time
- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that sometimes tracking may not be available for free shipping orders.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
